Our Solution:

We performed a complete examination of the garage door opener to verify the source of its inability to operate. Checked electrical cable connection, the alignment of the safety sensors, the condition of the drive system, and found no evidence of a potential cause. Upon opening the garage door opener case we discovered the wiring problem that caused the malfunction. Advised the customer we’d need to replace the logic board, and after doing so we reprogrammed the opener remote to work with the new ‘brain’.
